Mark as Useful He identified himself with the Financial Crime Department and he had all of my personal information all the way down to my SSN, birthday, work number, everything. He said that he had an affadavit for me to pay $450.00 from an internet payday advance company. I do not have any payday advances with any internet companies. When I stated this, he said that he would notate that I was refusing to pay and that I would be arrested. He even went as far as to curse me out. He said that this was done 6 months ago. I offered copies of my bank statements as proof and he refused to accept. He asked for my credit card or debit card information for payment. I said that I would pay by way of money order and he said it had to be debit card or credit card. The one who cursed me was Lee.
